About the role#
Students in this role support the Athletics Communications office by covering intercollegiate athletic programs. You will assist with public relations, marketing, and sports information tasks to help promote the Falcons. This position is paid at $8.00 per hour for the 2026-27 academic year.
What you'll do#
- Capture sports photography or videography.
- Assist with GoMessiah.tv streaming productions.
- Collect statistics during games using specialized software.
- Help with game day promotions.
- Serve as a public address announcer for sporting events.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Familiarity with specific sports, including an understanding of rules, statistics, and concepts.
- A dependable and reliable nature.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong organizational skills.
