About the role#
Meadows Urquhart is hiring for a Summer 2027 Accounting Internship. This part-time, on-site role in Richmond, Virginia, offers exposure to both tax and assurance work. You will learn accounting software and build relationships with clients while working alongside experienced professionals. The internship runs from June 7th to July 29th.
What you'll do#
- Prepare tax returns.
- Perform staff duties on assurance projects.

What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an Accounting major.
- Desire to provide excellent client service.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and driven approach to work.
- A goal to obtain a CPA license.
- Ability to handle deadline-driven tasks.
- Proficiency in IT, Excel, or Data Analytics is a plus.
