About the role#
We are looking for an Engineering Student to join our Mechanical Engineering department in Brampton. This is a full-time, paid co-op position for a term of 4 to 12 months starting in Winter 2027. You will be treated as a new graduate team member, with tasks assigned based on your current level of experience and education.
What you'll do#
- Support program engineering work and assist mechanical staff.
- Map and analyze business processes to identify improvements.
- Program metrics dashboards for the engineering team.
- Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
- You have completed at least three years of undergraduate study and are enrolled in a formal university co-op program.
- You have strong mathematical skills and experience with CAD modelling.
- You communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.

- You must obtain and hold a security clearance at the reliability status level.
- You must pass a security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program.
