About the role#
The Manager of Student Information Systems & Data Integration oversees student-centered technology systems across the network. Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Policy, Performance, and Advocacy, this role is a key member of the Performance Monitoring and Accountability Team (PMAT) and focuses on maintaining system integrity, data synchronization, and reporting to support the school community.
What you'll do#
- Manage the primary student information system and other school-based applications.
- Perform system updates and communicate changes to users.
- Develop and monitor information synchronization between applications.
- Create queries to extract data and generate customized reports.
- Manage system user accounts and security to ensure data confidentiality.
- Document system processes and train end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for faculty, staff, students, and parents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders regarding system maintenance, upgrades, and implementation.
What you'll need#
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred. Relevant coursework in Computer Science or Data Science is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and supporting Student Information Systems or similar database management systems.
- Proficiency in database management and SQL.
- Strong skills in writing complex queries and generating customized reports.
- Experience managing projects related to system implementation or upgrades.
- Familiarity with data security standards, access control, and user management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.

- Modality: On-site or Hybrid (3 days in-person, 2 days remote).
- Term: Fall 2026.
