About the role#
This is a full-time internship focused on the development of data center custom silicon. You will work with experienced engineers on projects related to AI computing, networking, and infrastructure. This role provides hands-on exposure to semiconductor design, verification, and physical design methodologies.
What you'll do#
- Work with experienced engineers to design, implement, and verify digital hardware blocks and subsystems.
- Develop RTL, verification environments, test cases, scripts, and automation tools.
- Debug RTL, simulation, and timing issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
- Gain experience with industry-standard tools and methodologies.
- Learn about advanced digital systems and connectivity technologies.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a BS degree program for Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Completed coursework in digital circuits, Boolean logic, computer architecture, and basic circuit analysis.
- Experience through projects or coursework using C, C++, or Python.
- Experience through projects or coursework involving Verilog or SystemVerilog.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- An interest in semiconductor design, verification, and hardware development.
- Previous internship, research, or project experience in hardware design or verification is an asset.

- Compensation: Paid position ($32 - $43 per hour).
