As an Analog Engineer Intern, you will join the Central Engineering business group. You will work within a small analog team to contribute to the development of IP used across various Marvell architectures, including automotive, storage, security, and networking. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple engineering aspects while focusing on your specific area of specialization.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a block for delivery into Marvell DSP transceivers.
- Analyze product requirements to understand how your specific block integrates into the larger system.
- Evaluate and compare tradeoffs between different circuit topologies.
- Execute schematic capture and layout using the Cadence Virtuoso design environment.
- Perform schematic-level and post-layout simulations to optimize and quantify circuit performance.
- Document designs and participate in design reviews with the team.
- Design, simulate, and support analog IP verification.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a PhD or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of circuit design.
- Experience with detailed transistor-level design.
- Understanding of device physics.
- Proficiency in feedback and loop stability analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
