About the role#
This is a 10 to 11 week summer internship program designed to provide hands-on experience with real business operations. You will work within our manufacturing facilities to address business challenges and gain professional exposure. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Work directly within a food manufacturing environment.
- Apply success factors related to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at increasing efficiency.
- Develop and implement solutions for food processing or packaging areas.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- You must be interning during the summer prior to your final graduation date.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
- Personal transportation to and from the work site.

- This is an on-site role.
- Locations include Chattanooga, TN; Waco, TX; Topeka, KS; Yorkville, IL; Burr Ridge, IL; Hackettstown, NJ; Elizabethtown, PA; Cleveland, TN; and Gainesville, GA.
- The program takes place during Summer 2027.
