About the role#
This is a full-time co-op position for Winter 2027. You will work on-site across two locations, starting in Harrison, Ohio, and moving to Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and business, focusing on the medical and laboratory gas industries. You will support the sales team in expanding our presence in these markets while learning the lifecycle of complex engineered systems.
What you'll do#
- Support the sales team with quotation, submittal, and follow-up activities.
- Learn about the medical and laboratory gas industries, including products, applications, and sales cycles.
- Participate in customer visits, sales calls, and training sessions alongside senior staff.
- Assist with the creation of product and application training materials and presentations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and account tracking.
- Maintain and update customer and opportunity data in CRM systems.
- Learn about industry regulations, specifically NFPA 99.
- Understand how to go to market using a distribution network.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a BS or BA degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with engineers, contractors, and customers.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Interest in technical or consultative sales and engineering-driven products.
- CRM exposure is a plus.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site co-op.
- Locations: Harrison, Ohio and Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
- Travel is required to visit hospitals, laboratories, and industrial facilities with sales professionals. Travel expenses are covered.
