About the role#
As an Institutional Intern, you will provide operational and analytical support to the Performance Reporting or Defined Contribution Support Services team. This position offers hands-on experience in investment operations and client deliverables. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on their importance.
What you'll do#
- Support the Performance Reporting or Defined Contribution Support Services team.
- Collect and file critical client information, including custodial statements, investment manager reports, investment policy statements, contracts, and correspondence.
- Distribute, collect, and maintain investment manager compliance spreadsheets.
- Upload holdings and fixed income portfolio characteristics into reporting systems.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date within 12 months of the start of the internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior internship or coursework in finance, investment management, or analytics is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
