About the role#
As a Concrete Admix Technical Sales Specialist Intern, you will work with our sales and technical teams to learn how admixture technologies improve concrete performance. You will gain hands-on experience through field work and sales support activities. This internship is designed to provide exposure to technical sales, concrete production, and customer support.
What you'll do#
- Support technical assistance for customers and concrete-industry partners.
- Participate in customer visits, field trials, and product demonstrations.
- Evaluate product performance and document results from field trials.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive products.
- Assist with laboratory testing and various technical projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program in Civil Engineering, Concrete Industry Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Interest in concrete technology, technical sales, and construction materials.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet driving requirements.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 (May through August).
- The role is remote but requires frequent travel to customer locations, job sites, and company facilities.
- Primary travel areas include the Upper Midwest, Texas, Minnesota, and the Central East Coast.
