About the role#
As a Technology Enablement Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will evaluate market trends, assess vendor offerings, and help teams identify the right tools for complex business challenges. This role focuses on Agentic AI and workflow automation, offering you hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of technology development from concept and prototype through to production deployment.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business challenges and identify technology solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and capability assessments.
- Build, configure, customize, and test AI Agents and workflow automation solutions.
- Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and demonstrations to validate technology.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, roadmaps, and infographics.
- Document use cases, process flows, requirements, KPIs, and solution recommendations.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of automation and AI initiatives.
- Contribute to process mapping workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Track industry trends and emerging technologies to identify improvement opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience developing, configuring, or customizing AI, automation, or software solutions.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create polished PowerPoint presentations with strong data visualization and infographic design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic AI, large language models, or prompt engineering.
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience creating dashboards or business analyses using Excel or Power BI.
- Experience conducting research, market assessments, or facilitating workshops.
