About the role#
The Knowledge Analyst Winter Co-op is a full-time position within the AskHR Knowledge & Education team. You will work alongside knowledge management professionals and HR stakeholders to maintain, govern, and improve HR knowledge content. This role focuses on helping employees access information through self-service tools and gaining experience with enterprise platforms, content governance, and emerging AI technologies.
What you'll do#
- Support the maintenance, review, and updating of HR knowledge articles, guides, and documentation.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to coordinate article reviews and content governance activities.
- Assist with content cleanup, standardization, and quality assurance across internal platforms.
- Support initiatives to improve content usability, searchability, and employee self-service.
- Conduct research and gather information from subject matter experts.
- Assist with reporting and analytics by maintaining trackers, compiling metrics, and identifying trends.
- Support projects related to ServiceNow, content governance, and generative AI readiness.
- Identify process improvements and contribute recommendations to enhance content quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Management, Professional Writing, English, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to synthesize information from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
- Interest in knowledge management, content strategy, employee experience, or digital transformation.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
- Experience with research, documentation, content editing, or managing information repositories is preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or content management systems is preferred.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools is preferred.

- Compensation: $40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD annually (pro-rated based on work term length).
