About the role#
We are looking for a Materials Co-op Student to join our team in Brampton, Ontario. This is a full-time, paid position available for the Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 terms. You will work on-site to support our materials and supply chain operations.
What you'll do#
- Organize warehouse storage racks, including labelling and auditing.
- Develop an improved process for ordering expendable packaging.
- Assist with BOM walks and updates.
- Review Materials and Shipping Procedures in CAQ to ensure validity and remove duplicates.
- Support process improvements across Shipping, Supply Chain, Inventory, Scheduling, and Customer Service.
- Maintain your work area according to 5S standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives while following all safety and quality regulations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a University degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
- Previous experience in Materials Management or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
