About the role#
Madison International Realty is hiring an Investments Intern for our New York City office. This summer internship offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including underwriting, valuation, and asset management. You will work alongside senior management and the portfolio management team to analyze investments and support transaction activities.
What you'll do#
- Prepare financial analyses to support due diligence for potential investments.
- Assist with cash flow modeling and asset valuation.
- Support research efforts for new acquisitions.
- Help draft investment committee memoranda.
- Learn how to evaluate investment opportunities, deal terms, and transaction structures.
- Build your knowledge of real estate market trends and their impact on investment decisions.
What you'll need#
- Rising sophomore or junior status in an undergraduate program, preferably in finance, economics, or real estate.
- Strong academic performance.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- A genuine interest in real estate, finance, and investment management.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $35.00 per hour plus overtime.
- Benefits: $25 daily in-office lunch allowance, increasing to $35 on Fridays.
