About the role#
This is an 8-week paid internship program running from June through August 2027. You will work on-site in a store leadership role, gaining exposure to customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, store operations, and colleague development. This program serves as an introduction to retail leadership, where you will learn to navigate the complexities of a multi-million-dollar store.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales and Customer Experience to learn leadership practices.
- Shadow managers in operations and visual merchandising to plan and execute product displays.
- Engage with leaders across various business functions.
- Coach and develop a team of colleagues to create a customer-focused environment.
- Support daily store operations through training and coaching.
- Analyze trends to select merchandise that meets customer needs.
- Explore the analytical side of the retail business to understand strategy.
- Complete a project and presentation on business growth ideas for store leadership.
- Strengthen relationships with colleagues and customers.
What you'll need#
- You are a junior year student pursuing a bachelor degree in any major.
- A cumulative 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- You are self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- You have a sincere passion for engaging with people and possess strong communication skills.
- You are a problem-solver who is driven by results.
- You have strong business acumen and curiosity about the retail industry.
- You are comfortable sitting, talking, and hearing for extended periods, and can move about the workplace as needed.

- Note: Successful completion of the internship may lead to an offer for the Store Management Executive Development Program upon graduation.
