About the role#
This 8-week paid internship provides hands-on experience in retail store leadership. You will work on-site to learn how a multi-million-dollar store functions, covering areas like customer service, merchandising, business analysis, and operations. The program runs from June through August 2027. Successful interns may be considered for the Store Management Executive Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales and Customer Experience to learn leadership practices.
- Shadow managers in operations and visual merchandising to execute product initiatives.
- Coach and train colleagues to support daily store operations and build a customer-focused environment.
- Analyze sales trends to help select merchandise.
- Engage with leadership across different business functions.
- Complete a project and presentation to propose new ideas for business growth.
- Foster an environment of respect and acceptance for customers and colleagues.
What you'll need#
- Current junior status at an accredited university, working toward a bachelor's degree.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
- All majors are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated attitude and a sincere interest in working with people.
- Solid business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Physical ability to sit, talk, hear, and move about the workplace as needed.
