About the role#
The Macy's Technology Summer Internship provides students with the chance to apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting. You will explore a potential engineering career while working within our technology organization. This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside mentors and experienced engineers in an agile environment.
- Contribute to projects that drive innovation and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and company leaders.
- Engage in software, mobile, and cloud development projects.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues and customers.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- You maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and have a strong academic record.
- You possess technical proficiency in programming languages, specifically Java, as well as operating systems and data processing.
- You are familiar with Agile or similar methodologies.
- You demonstrate analytical and business acumen.
- You have strong collaboration and communication skills.
- You show leadership, initiative, and a detail-oriented approach to your work.

- This position is located in Johns Creek, Georgia.
- This is an on-site role.
