About the role#
This 8-week paid internship provides hands-on experience in store leadership. You will gain exposure to customer service, merchandising, business analysis, visual presentation, and store operations. The program runs from June through August 2027 and is based on-site in Boston. Successful interns may be considered for the Store Management Executive Development Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Manager of Sales and Customer Experience to learn leadership practices.
- Shadow managers of operations and visual merchandising to execute product initiatives.
- Engage with regional leaders across various business functions.
- Coach colleagues to build a customer-focused selling environment.
- Support daily store operations through training and staff development.
- Analyze trends and business data to select merchandise.
- Develop and present a project to store leadership focused on business growth.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect for colleagues and customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any major.
- A 3.0 cumulative GPA is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to solve problems and take initiative.
- A sincere interest in engaging with people.
- Physical ability to move around the workplace, handle merchandise, and reach items as needed.
