    About the role#

    As a Semiconductor Process Development Intern, you will join the RF Technology Development team. You will work alongside experienced engineers to develop key process modules and designs that support new technology releases. This is a 12-week, full-time, paid internship.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete an individual project with clear goals and outcomes.
    • Gain hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication.
    • Participate in an intern webinar series and attend networking events.
    • Present your project successes and pitfalls at a poster session.
    • Receive formal, written feedback on your performance.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Excel, JMP, or Minitab.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
    • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status is required due to ITAR regulations.
    • Prior semiconductor fabrication experience is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with process modules like photolithography, plasma processes, metrology, and vapor deposition is preferred.
    • Familiarity with semiconductor device physics is a plus.
