About the role#
As a Sales Opportunity Analytics Intern, you will work with the Sales team to transform our Airtable database into a prediction-driven pipeline management system. You will focus on identifying deal risks, such as stage aging and forecast accuracy, while building automated workflows to manage stalled opportunities. This role involves designing management dashboards and integrating AI tools to prioritize resources and summarize support needs.
What you'll do#
- Consolidate data to track deal risks including close-date slippage and stage aging.
- Build automated workflows to trigger follow-up actions and maintain database hygiene.
- Design dashboards for management to review top opportunities by individual, region, and product line.
- Integrate AI tools to summarize issues and support needs.
- Present project outcomes at a final poster session.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Preference for rising juniors or above.
- Coursework or hands-on experience with relational databases, data modeling, and AI toolsets.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet or low-code tools like Airtable and Excel/Power Query.
- Exposure to Python, APIs, or automation platforms like Zapier or Make is a plus.
- Interest in B2B sales processes or the semiconductor industry.
