About the role#
As a Product Engineering Intern, you will join the team responsible for releasing RF and microwave semiconductor products into mass production. You will work with Design, Test, Applications, Marketing, and Reliability Engineering to resolve issues throughout the sample, pre-production, and final release phases. This role involves working with both internal and offshore test facilities to ensure products move to production successfully.
What you'll do#
- Create production test plans to verify how products perform.
- Design and analyze RF and microwave test boards for automated test equipment.
- Set up and conduct RF measurements in the lab.
- Perform measurement systems analysis, including gauge R&R.
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and set test limits.
- Conduct yield analysis and lead project team meetings to review findings.
- Manage the manufacturing aspects of product release, including hardware, documentation, and BOMs.
- Keep new product introductions on schedule.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering degree program.
- Ability to work with multiple engineering disciplines across different locations.
- Must be a US person.
