About the role#
We are looking for a Product Engineer Intern to join our team in Newport Beach. This role provides hands-on experience with the full product characterization lifecycle. You will work on an individual project with clear goals, receive training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout your internship.
What you'll do#
- Develop product characterization plans and create characterization programs.
- Analyze and present characterization data.
- Define production test specifications.
- Perform ATE and probe data analysis.
- Complete an individual project with defined outcomes.
- Participate in an intern webinar series and networking events.
- Present your project outcomes at a poster session.
What you'll need#
- A minimum B.S. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Proficiency in lab equipment for troubleshooting and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
- Basic understanding of schematic and PCB layout review.
- Experience with C# or C++ programming.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
- Project management skills and good organizational abilities.
- Ability to coordinate activities across functional groups.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
