About the role#
As a Photolithography Process Engineering Intern, you will join our process engineering team to gain hands-on experience in semiconductor fabrication. You will work alongside experienced engineers who provide mentoring and guidance throughout your time with us. You will take ownership of a business-critical project with defined goals, participate in an intern webinar series, and attend networking events. At the end of your project, you will present your successes and pitfalls at a poster session and receive formal written feedback.

What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in electrical engineering, materials science, or an equivalent field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of cleanroom protocols and semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control concepts.
- Basic coding or scripting skills in Python, MATLAB, or R for data analysis and automation.
- Experience or knowledge in photolithography fundamentals, including spin coat, expose, develop, and metrology.
- Understanding of Design of Experiments, root cause analysis, and Statistical Process Control tools like control charts and Cp/Cpk analysis.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as JMP, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
