- Measure transistor pullout structures.
- Extract linear and nonlinear transistor models.
- Develop scripts for data processing, plotting, and model comparison.
- Document results, limitations, and recommendations for device development in validation reports.
- Integrate models into PDKs for EDA tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an electrical engineering, physics, or related degree program.
- Experience analyzing technical data using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate your findings clearly.
- Interest in GaN devices, transistor modeling, and circuit simulation.
- Familiarity with transistor I-V curves, S-parameters, or RF circuits is helpful.
- Experience with on-wafer measurement techniques.
- Familiarity with Keysight ADS or Cadence AWR Microwave Office.
- Exposure to GaN, III-V semiconductors, or compact models.
Location & details#
- Location: Lowell, Massachusetts.
