    About the role#

    As an Applications Engineering Intern on the HPA team, you will work alongside experienced engineers who provide mentorship and guidance. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a key discipline, build professional relationships, and take ownership of a business-critical project. You will spend 12 weeks completing an individual project with clear outcome goals, receiving ongoing supervision and formal written feedback.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete an individual project with set outcome goals.
    • Participate in an intern webinar series and attend networking events.
    • Present your project successes and pitfalls at a formal poster session.
    • Gain practical experience while working with industry professionals.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently enrolled in a Master's program or a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. A Ph.D. is preferred.
    • A BSEE degree is required. An MSEE is a plus.
    • Strong fundamentals in analog circuits, specifically RLC networks.
    • Hands-on experience with electro-magnetics and HFSS tools.
    • Proficiency with circuit simulators such as ADS.
    • Coding experience in Matlab or C++.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
