About the role#
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team. This full-time summer internship focuses on providing real-time visibility into the performance of our go-to-market teams. You will work cross-functionally with leadership in Customer Experience, Analytics, and Finance to support strategic initiatives and daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis to identify trends and evaluate performance.
- Inform operational adjustments to the go-to-market strategy based on data.
- Audit opportunity and account data daily to ensure compliance with Rules of Engagement.
- Communicate updates to sales representatives and serve as a point of contact for questions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data enhancements.
- Monitor CRM updates to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Provide regular reporting for the GTM Strategy & Operations team and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure work is accurate and timely.
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, and Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to identify problems and implement creative, data-driven solutions.
