About the role#
The Customer Operations team helps our users understand how to use our products. We use incoming user data to improve product health. You will work on an operational team that balances direct support interactions with scalable solutions to engage our global users.
What you'll do#
- Manage technical issues by investigating, troubleshooting, and escalating problems.
- Maintain technical product expertise and work with engineering and product teams to resolve user issues.
- Monitor key user operational metrics to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers including Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Write clear Help Center and user education content.
- Engage with users in the Lucid Community.
- Process customer requests for cancellations and refunds over email.
- Resolve billing concerns, including research into account payments and disputes.
- Implement billing process changes based on evolving product offerings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and across multiple initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented approach and a focus on finding solutions.
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into simple content.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues, creating content, or using basic data analytics is preferred.
- Experience with teaching or mentoring is also a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
- The role is hybrid, with in-person collaboration required at our South Jordan, Utah office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- We are hiring on a rolling basis.
