About the role#
As a Data Analyst Intern within the Customer Experience team, you will turn operational and customer data into insights. You will work to improve the end-to-end customer journey from the first interaction through aftersales support. This is a full-time, paid role based on-site in Amsterdam, New Hampshire.
What you'll do#
- Support the maintenance and improvement of dashboards for Customer Care and Voice of the Customer performance.
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators including NPS, CSAT, response times, and resolution rates.
- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for team reviews and leadership updates.
- Contribute to Customer Journey analysis across Sales, Delivery, and Aftersales.
- Work with CX, Service, Retail, and Digital teams to gather data and business context.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data analysis and customer experience.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Ability to spot patterns and approach problems in a structured way.
- Detail-oriented and organized work habits.
- Eager to learn and proactive in asking questions.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English.
