About the role#
This summer fellowship focuses on the intersection of AI and chemistry. You will join a cohort to explore how technology reshapes the chemical industry. Throughout the program, you will receive mentorship from internal teams and participate in leadership and entrepreneurship sessions. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Imagine the future of AI in chemistry and work to make it a reality.
- Research opportunities by engaging with prospective customers.
- Build and test product prototypes that solve specific problems in the field.
- Gather feedback from users and domain experts.
- Present your final product candidate at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in chemistry or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in the impact of AI on chemistry and industry.
- Curiosity about product development, management, and prototyping.
- Ability to work well in a cohort while managing your own product concept.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with chemistry, life science, or materials science data is a plus.
