About the role#
This internship provides a simulation of the LSEG Engineering Associate Programme. It is designed to show you what a career in technology and engineering at LSEG looks like. You will work on real projects and contribute to the organization just as a graduate hire would. The programme runs for nine weeks from June to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Explore career paths across D&A, Markets, Risk Intelligence, FTSE Russell, and I&C Engineering functions.
- Engage in tasks ranging from development and programming to business analysis and tech project management.
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the success of the organization.
What you'll need#
- Junior year undergraduate status, with graduation expected in summer 2028.
- Enrollment in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
- Demonstrated interest in technology through work experience, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Interest in financial markets and how technology supports the business.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Curiosity for data, along with the ability to analyze information and propose solutions.
- Focus, resilience, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
Location & details#
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week spent in the office.
- Employment: Full-time paid internship.
