About the role#
The Talent Management Intern will support the Talent Management team through research, analysis, and project coordination. You will help advance team member development and talent-focused initiatives by evaluating current processes and gathering insights from stakeholders. This role involves identifying themes and opportunities to develop practical recommendations that support Talent Management priorities across the enterprise.
What you'll do#
- Research and summarize information from internal and external sources to support project goals.
- Assist with discovery and analysis regarding onboarding, career development, and learning processes.
- Document current-state processes and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Analyze feedback, data, and interview notes to identify trends and gaps.
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders.
- Partner with team members and subject matter experts through meetings and shadowing.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a four-year university program (sophomore level or above).
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Education, Learning and Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations and translate information into clear summaries.
- Past internship, research, campus leadership, or work experience is a plus.

- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- Occasional travel to nearby locations or company events may be required.
- Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, occasional bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
