About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern provides operational and administrative support to the Recruiting and HR teams. This summer internship focuses on gaining professional corporate experience through hands-on involvement in the hiring process, from initial candidate screening to onboarding.
What you'll do#
- Conduct phone screens and complete reference checks.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and management.
- Extend job offers and manage the background check process.
- Maintain job requisitions in the applicant tracking system and post roles to career sites.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including I9 verification and email communications.
- Support the HR team with various recruiting projects and administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a four-year university program, ideally pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective writing skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professional ethics.
- Previous internship experience is considered a plus.
