About the role#
The Compensation Intern supports the Total Rewards team with compensation analysis, market research, and administrative projects. You will gain hands-on experience in human resources while developing your analytical and business skills. You will work alongside team members to support projects that contribute to pay practices across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Collect, validate, and organize data for compensation projects.
- Help with compensation surveys by gathering information and reviewing data for submissions.
- Conduct basic market research and compile external data for analysis.
- Support annual compensation processes by performing quality checks and maintaining documentation.
- Partner with the team on projects related to job architecture, career pathing, and data analytics.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- This internship is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
- The term for this position is Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, on-site, paid internship.
