About the role#
This summer internship provides hands-on experience within our Total Rewards department. You will work alongside the Benefits and Compensation team to support programs that attract and retain our workforce. This role involves exposure to health and welfare benefits, retirement planning, and compensation strategy.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily projects and administrative tasks for the Benefits and Compensation team.
- Collect, organize, and analyze workforce and benefits data.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for compensation and benefit programs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for team meetings.
- Support employee communication efforts for wellness initiatives and engagement programs.
- Help plan and execute open enrollment, benefits fairs, and other employee events.
- Coordinate project information with internal partners and external vendors.
- Research industry trends related to employee well-being.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a four-year university as a Junior or above.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
