About the role#

The School of Nursing at Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Student to serve as a Social Media Content Creator. This full-time, unpaid position involves assisting the department with various administrative and creative duties. Candidates should understand and embrace the mission, purpose, and identity of the institution.

What you'll do#

• Create content for social media channels.
• Manage multiple assignments effectively and prioritize workload.
• Collaborate, teach, and provide leadership within the department.
• Work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support department operations.
• Enforce policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and rules.

What you'll need#

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in professional reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Ability to use software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Capability to operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment.
• Ability to communicate positively and professionally in person, in writing, and over the telephone.
• Ability to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently for general workplace conversation.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
