About the role#
This is a part-time student position at Smylie's Your Independent Grocer in Trenton, Ontario. This role is unionized and offers a starting hourly wage range of $16.60 to $19.45. You will work on-site as part of a team, contributing to daily store operations and supporting store goals.
What you'll do#
- Support daily store operations to ensure smooth functionality.
- Assist customers and process transactions at the point of sale.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
- Promote and support company sustainability initiatives.

What you'll need#
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to complete a criminal background check.

- Previous experience in customer service is considered an asset.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources.
