About the role#
Loblaw is seeking an ESG Integration and Reporting Co-op Student for the Winter 2027 term. This role sits within a central team that coordinates sustainability and community investment projects across various business divisions. You will help track multi-year timelines and support the disclosure of environmental, social, and governance results.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and execution of sustainability and community investment initiatives.
- Coordinate inputs across internal teams to keep ESG projects on track.
- Maintain project trackers and follow up on key deliverables.
- Assist in the creation of internal and external presentations and communication materials.
- Conduct research on emerging trends in climate, social impact, and sustainability.
- Support data collection and analysis to measure program progress.
- Help coordinate meetings, timelines, and project resources.
- Assist with colleague engagement campaigns and events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or completion of a university degree in Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with ESG subject matter, reporting protocols, and measurement tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 7, 2027, to April 16, 2027).
- Work Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week).
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid.
