About the role#
Live Action is seeking a Donor Services Intern to provide administrative and clerical support in the Arlington office. This part-time role focuses on maintaining office operations, supporting donor-related events, and assisting various departments with special projects. You will report to the Donor Services Manager and work in an environment dedicated to the pro-life mission.
What you'll do#
- Assist with general clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to routine inquiries from partners and employees with professionalism.
- Monitor office supply levels and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with facilities management for maintenance and repairs.
- Provide support for donor-related events as needed.

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in word processing, G Suite, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with database use and web resources.

- Willingness to sign a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement.
