About the role#
We are looking for a Communications intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. You will work alongside our management team to gain hands-on experience in both internal and external communications. This is a paid, part-time position requiring 10 to 20 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Create, schedule, and monitor content for our social media platforms.
- Support the development and distribution of internal newsletters, updates, and announcements.
- Draft and edit press releases regarding company milestones and project developments.
- Develop written and visual content to share our mission and project updates.
- Assist with communication strategies for internal meetings, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Ensure all communications follow our brand guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Current junior or senior status in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Graduation planned for the end of the current or next academic year.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital content creation.
- At least one prior internship in a communications-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
