About the role#
We are hiring a Business Systems Intern to join our Information Technology team in Omaha. This role provides hands-on experience with the enterprise applications that power our global operations. You will work alongside technical and functional team members to support system enhancements, data analysis, and process improvements across departments like Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Support enterprise applications by troubleshooting user issues and handling service desk requests.
- Participate in system testing, including upgrades and user acceptance testing.
- Document business processes, system requirements, and support materials.
- Assist with data validation, cleanup, and migration tasks.
- Create training materials and maintain knowledge base content.
- Help with report validation and business reporting initiatives.
- Work with users to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support technology projects, integrations, and automation efforts.
- Attend project meetings and provide status updates on tasks.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple business departments.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong interest in enterprise applications and business technology.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, data analysis, or business process coursework is a plus.

- This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site in Omaha, Nebraska.
- The position is offered on a rolling basis.
