About the role#
The School of Divinity at Liberty University hires student workers for academic and administrative support. You will work on campus under the supervision of the Dean’s office, a Department Chair, or a faculty member. This role is part-time and requires you to be local to Lynchburg, Virginia.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Dean’s office, professors, and department staff with projects and administrative tasks.
- Support classroom needs, including tracking attendance, grading, and communicating with students.
- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office tools.
- Attend all required department training sessions.
- Represent the department by attending necessary events.
- Follow the campus Code of Conduct and dress code.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in good standing at Liberty University.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to learn and use technical systems required for the role.
- Residency in the local area to maintain on-site work.
- Majors considered include Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, and Philosophy.

- Compensation: Paid position starting at $12.77 per hour.
