About the role#
Libbey is hiring a Supply Chain Intern to support the Materials Planning team. This role covers the Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 terms. You will work on-site in Toledo, Ohio, to assist with global inventory supply and coordinate across manufacturing, sales, and distribution departments.
What you'll do#
- Track late shipments and update arrival times.
- Enter international shipping documents into the system.
- Maintain purchase order quantities and ETAs.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports for metric reviews.
- Gain experience with the JD Edwards ERP system and perform advanced Excel analysis.
- Assist with various supply chain projects and processes as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Capacity to work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Accountability for completing assigned projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
