About the role#
LegitScript is seeking a Summer 2026 intern to support both Marketing & Corporate Events and Facilities Operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role for individuals who enjoy managing logistics, maintaining organized spaces, and collaborating across departments. You will gain experience in B2B event marketing strategy, event operations, and office management while working directly with the Head of Corporate Events.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and corporate events, including shipping materials and branded items.
- Assist with vendor coordination, such as catering, AV, promotional merchandise, and event production partners.
- Manage event timelines, checklists, and project trackers to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, including stocking kitchen supplies and managing common areas.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Corporate Events across multiple projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or equipment as needed for events and shipping.
- A proactive, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site at the downtown Portland, Oregon office.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
- Schedule: 10-15 hours per week (2-3 days) during business hours, with some weeks potentially requiring up to 20 hours.
- Transportation: Parking and transportation costs are covered.
