About the role#
LegitScript is seeking a Summer 2026 intern to support both Marketing & Corporate Events and Facilities Operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role for individuals who enjoy managing logistics, maintaining organized spaces, and supporting cross-functional business operations.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and corporate events, including shipping materials and branded items.
- Assist with vendor coordination, including catering, AV, promotional merchandise, and event production partners.
- Help manage event timelines, checklists, and project trackers to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
- Support onsite event execution, including setup, registration, and attendee support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Stock and replenish kitchen snacks, beverages, and supplies.
- Collect and distribute incoming mail and prepare outbound shipments.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of Corporate Events as needed.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or equipment as needed for events and shipping.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a professional demeanor.
Location & details#
- Location: On-site at the downtown Portland, Oregon office.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Hours: 10–15 hours per week (2–3 days) during business hours, with potential for up to 20 hours in some weeks.
- Compensation: $20 per hour.
- Transportation: Parking and transportation costs are covered.
