About the role#
The Missile Solutions CAD Services team is looking for a CAD Engineering Intern to work alongside design engineers. You will gain hands-on experience by creating and verifying product definitions using standard CAD and PLM software.
What you'll do#
- Create CAD models and drawings using Creo or NX and Windchill PLM.
- Verify that product definitions meet engineering standards.
- Perform tolerance analysis and apply GD&T based on ASME Y14.5.
- Prepare models, drawings, and EBOMs from preliminary design layouts.
- Share verification findings through digital markup tools.
- Contribute design ideas and support model-centric design practices.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program at an accredited university.
- Eligible majors include Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science Engineering, or a related field.

- This position is located in Huntsville, Alabama.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
