About the role#
As a Marketing Intern at Kyndryl, you will gain hands-on experience by working directly with our marketing team. You will assist in executing marketing strategies and developing campaigns. This role provides exposure to brand awareness, market insights, and the execution of various marketing projects.
What you'll do#
- Organize events and promotional activities, including managing guest lists and coordinating vendors.
- Provide onsite support for events as needed.
- Support sales efforts through social media by creating content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with sponsorships and maintain brand presence.
- Help manage the budget process and marketing activations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and marketing initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian post-secondary institution, ideally as a 3rd-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to build professional skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to solve problems and learn new situations quickly.
- Comfort working with people from diverse backgrounds in a complex environment.
