About the role#
This Winter 2027 internship provides hands-on experience in public accounting. You will apply academic theories to real work engagements while performing tasks similar to a first-year associate accountant. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Participate in intern orientation, technical training, and development programs to prepare for client work.
- Learn from experienced Associates, Seniors, Managers, and Partners across various industries.
- Work directly with a range of clients, from start-ups and family-run businesses to multi-national corporations.
- Collaborate with your peers and build professional relationships.
- Gain practical exposure to tax services and firm operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Undergraduate or Master's degree program in Business or Accounting.
- Progress toward CPA eligibility upon graduation.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse client personnel.

- This role is based on-site in Chicago, Illinois.
- The internship takes place during the Winter 2027 term.
