    About the role#

    As a Commissioning Coordinator Co-op, you will join the Commissioning Test Group and report to the Turnover Manager. This full-time, paid position supports the management of handover, commissioning, and turnover documentation. You will work on-site in Clarington, Ontario, for the Winter 2027 term.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with Transfer of Care Custody and Control (TCCC) and Construction Handover processes, including walkdowns, document package preparation, and punchlist administration.
    • Configure data within the Construction & Completions (CCM) digital tool, including subsystem scoping and milestone definition.
    • Work with the site digital team to prepare the CCM tool for the Commissioning Test Group.
    • Generate and issue reports from the CCM tool to support turnover activities.
    • Coordinate with the Commissioning Test Group to prepare for Device Component Testing and Pre-Operational Testing.
    • Assist with procedure writing, template form development, and budget estimation.
    • Participate in meetings and document meeting minutes.

    What you'll need#

    • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience with report writing.
    • Ability to work effectively and professionally with a large team.
    • A valid G license and access to a reliable vehicle.
    • Ability to work in-person at the site office or trailer.
    • Experience with SharePoint, Aconex, Bluebeam, Excel, or blueprint reading is an asset.
    • Ability to perform work safely, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
    • Availability to work during normal operating hours, with the potential for overtime or weekend work as required.
