About the role#
As a Supply Planning Intern, you will support the Supply Planning team within the Coffee Operating Unit. You will work cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and logistics to ensure product availability while meeting business objectives. This full-time internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze inventory, production, and demand data to identify trends and planning opportunities.
- Assist with the development of production and inventory plans.
- Support initiatives to optimize inventory levels while maintaining customer service objectives.
- Problem-solve with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Present findings and recommendations to Supply Chain team members and leadership.
- Complete a project from start to finish and present your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Major in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to work independently and adapt to changes in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience with Power BI or SAP is a plus.
- Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Burlington, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $31 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Additional Pay: $2,500 sign-on bonus paid within the first 30 days of employment.
