About the role#
Kensington is seeking a detail-oriented CRM & Email Marketing Intern to support the 2027 Repeat Client Strategy. This role focuses on the technical build, quality assurance, and deployment of email campaigns designed to deepen client loyalty and encourage repeat travel. You will work closely with the Integrated Marketing team to execute communications for loyalty programs, exclusive events, and milestone gifting.
What you'll do#
- Build and configure email flows and one-time sends within HubSpot CRM.
- Perform quality assurance on all campaigns, checking for segmentation accuracy, personalization, formatting, and link functionality.
- Support the launch of loyalty program email journeys.
- Maintain contact segmentation and tagging in HubSpot to ensure accurate targeting.
- Monitor post-send reporting and compile performance data for stakeholders.
- Maintain organized campaign documentation and naming conventions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including familiarity with workflows, lists, and campaign tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to testing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- An interest in luxury travel, customer loyalty, or CRM marketing is considered an asset.
