Intern - Repeat Marketing: CRM & Email Marketing

About the role#

Kensington is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CRM & Email Marketing Intern to support the execution of the 2027 Repeat Client Strategy. This hands-on role focuses on the building, quality assurance, and deployment of email flows and one-time sends designed to deepen client loyalty and drive repeat travel. You will play a key role in launching new email journeys, including communications for loyalty programs, exclusive client events, and milestone gifting.

What you'll do#

• Build and configure email flows and one-time sends in HubSpot CRM in partnership with the Integrated Marketing team.
• Perform quality assurance on all email campaigns prior to deployment, reviewing segmentation accuracy, personalization tokens, formatting, links, and send logic.
• Support the launch of loyalty program email journeys.
• Ensure proper contact segmentation and tagging within HubSpot to support accurate targeting.
• Monitor post-send reporting and compile performance data for key stakeholders.
• Maintain organized campaign documentation and naming conventions within HubSpot.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including familiarity with workflows, lists, and campaign tools.
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to quality assurance and testing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• An interest in luxury travel, customer loyalty, or CRM marketing is considered an asset.
