About the role#
As a Network Services Intern, you will support IT projects and infrastructure improvements while working alongside senior team members. You will help maintain enterprise systems and contribute to the efficiency of our business technology operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for users, systems, and network issues.
- Install and configure network devices, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Monitor and support Windows servers and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts and manage security groups.
- Assist with IT project documentation, vendor quotes, and infrastructure upgrades.
What you'll need#
- An Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, systems administration, or networking.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and Windows Server.
- Familiarity with Azure, cybersecurity principles, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
